Designer based in Paris, Romain Guillet’s work is multidisciplinary: scenography, furniture, graphic design and publishing. Trained at EDNA and ESAT, he co-creates, in 2010, STATUE, a space and object design studio, which won in 2012 a grant from the VIA, and exhibit its projects in Amsterdam, Milan, and Paris, and had been selected to Talent à la Carte at the salon Maison & Objet in 2014.

G.GRIP is a custom made table based on a very simple assemblage. Made of rods and plastic connectors, the structure is lightweight and versatile. The top fits right between the legs and ensures the stability of the ensemble. The assembly doesn’t require any tool and can be performed in 10 minutes. Like every piece at DIXJOURS, it is made on demand and can be highly customized in dimensions and materials (Wood, Aluminium, Carbon fiber for the rods. Wood, Plastics, Stones and Marble for the tops).
